After nearly getting hit with an unfair dismissal claim because he didn't know the proper termination process, he realized something had to change. But every HR consultant he spoke to wanted to implement corporate-style policies designed for companies with 500+ employees, not his 12-person manufacturing business.

That's when Reena decided to become the HR expert she wished she'd had, someone who actually understands what it's like to make payroll, deal with difficult staff, and worry about compliance while trying to grow a business.
